摘要
通过工艺试验对 10 8粘结剂的pH值、芯砂的存放性、强度、流动性、脱模性、发气性、耐热性、抗吸湿性等进行测定 ,选用优化的工艺配比 ,并将其用在传动箱铸件的生产上 ,废品率由原来的 9.74%降到 4.97%。
Examining type 108 binders from aspects of pH, storing property, strength, flowing property, dewaxing property, gas evolution, heat-resistance, and anti-moisture absorption, we use it in casting of driving box, the reject ratio reduced from 9.74% to 4.97%.
