摘要
研究了在稀盐酸介质中,铜(Ⅱ)催化过硫酸钾氧化碘化钾,生成的I3与罗丹明6G生成缔合物而使罗丹明6G荧光猝灭,建立了催化荧光法测定痕量铜的方法。线性范围为4~54(μg/L);检出限为l. 6 μg/L。考察了30种共存离子的影响。方法用于铝合金中铜的测定,结果令人满意。
A catalytic fluorimetric method for determination tof race copper has been devel- oped. The method is based on the fluorescence quenching of rhodamine 6G by the reaction product I3 of potassium persulfate and potassium iodide with Cu(Ⅱ) as a catalyst in dilute hydrochloric acid medium. The linear range of determination is 4~54μg/L. The detection limit is l. 6μg/L. The method is simple, fast and with good selectivity. It has been applied to the determiantion of copper in aluminum alloys with satisfactory results.
