摘要
研究了在微酸介质中,Cd(Ⅱ)-碘化钾-吐温-20体系的极谱行为,引入吐温-20使Cd(Ⅱ)峰电流提高约1.1倍.Cd(Ⅱ)峰电位 E_p=-0.72V(vs.SCE),Cd(Ⅱ)浓度在0.002~0 3μg·ml^(-1)范围内与峰高成线性关系.方法具有高灵敏度、选择性和稳定性.用于锌中痕量镉的直接测定.相对标准偏差<2%,加标回收率在98%~102%.
The polarographic behavior of the adsorptive wave of Cd(Ⅱ) in Cd(Ⅱ)-KI-Tween 20 system in an acidic medium was studied. The derivative wave peak potential is-0. 72V(vs. SCE). The peak heights are pro-portional to the concentrations of Cd (Ⅱ) in the range of 0. 002-0. 3μg · ml^(-1). This method has been applied to the determination of cadmium in zinc with its RSD smaller than 2%. The recovery found is between 98% and102%.
