摘要
基于在稀硫酸介质中,抗坏血酸存在下,钒对溴酸钾氧化藏花红O的催化褪色作用,本文建立了一种测定痕量钒的简单、灵敏的分析方法-催化比色法。该法线性范围为0.005~10μg/25ml,灵敏度为8×10^(-12)g/ml,与离子交换分离技术相结合,该法已应用于水体及人发中痕量钒的测定。本文还就反应机理进行了探讨。
A simple and sensitive catalytic colorimetry has been developed for determination of trace vanadium. It is based on the catalysis of V (V) to decoloration of safranine O oxidized with potassium bromate in diluted sulfuric acid medium in the presence of ascorbic acid. The linear range of determination is 0.005—10μg/25ml V(V). The sensitivity is 8×10^(-12) g/ml. Combining with separation of ionic exchange, the method has been applied to the determination of trace vanadium in natural water and human hair. The mechanism of reaction is investigated, too.
