摘要
高素质的地矿人才是地质工作持续健康发展的支撑,但目前地矿类艰苦行业人才培养面临着诸多挑战,与社会经济的发展很不适应。本文对地矿类艰苦专业人才培养机制作了一些探索,即在教学规划上要构建以能力培养为中心的培养方案;在思想教育上要注重提高学生的专业热情;在培养途径上要注重形式的多样化;同时在办学过程中还应积极争取国家的大力支持。
The geological work is the preceding and fundamental job of the economic and social development. It relates to the various aspects of economic and social development. High quality geo- mining talents are the backbones of healthy development of geological work. While the talents cultivation of present geo - mining major faces many challenges, which is not adaptable to the economic and social development. This article researches on the cultivation mechanism of hard major talents as geo - mining, and proposes constructing an ability centered cultivation scheme of teaching plan. It also proposes the cultivation mechanism should pay attention to the improvement of major enthusiasm of students on the mental education. The cultivation approaches should take various forms and at the same time actively strive for a vigorous support from government.
