摘要
目前,我国的地质教育在管理体制和人才培养模式等方面实现了跨越式发展。但随着市场经济的深化,就业压力的增加,我国地质类专业毕业生的供求也将受到影响。本文在界定地质类理工科本科专业和地质类研究生学科专业范围基础上,统计分析了我国地质类专业设置及办学点基本情况,并通过教育部、国土资源部及地质类专业相对较多的学校进行有关数据的统计,分析概述了目前我国地质类专业人才供求现状,进而利用三种预测方法——国际标准对比预测、供需比预测、趋势法模型预测,对未来5年我国地质类人才的需求缺口进行了初步的预测。
Presently, Chinese geological education in the respect of management system and cultivation model for talents has realized great-leap-forward development. But with the market economy deepened and employment pressure increased, the supply and demand of graduates of geology major will be affected. On the basis of the specialties of the graduates and postgraduates of geology major, this paper counts and analyses the basic situation of specialities and school points of geology major, and sums up the present relationship between the supply and demand of geology major through the data from the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Land and Resources and the universities that have more geology majors. Further, this paper makes a preliminary estimation for the needs gap of geology talents in the next 5 years through 3 prediction means that is international standard comparison prediction, supply and demand comparison prediction and trend method model prediction.
