摘要
随着研究生在校人数的迅速增长,原有的研究生培养体制下的各种矛盾和缺陷也愈发凸显,这对研究生的培养工作带来了巨大挑战。因此,研究和探讨提高研究生培养质量的途径和方法,培养出适应我国社会经济发展所需要的高层次人才是摆在研究生教育工作者面前的重要课题和任务。本文探索了当前高校研究生培养工作中课程设置、课堂教学、导师队伍建设等方面存在的一些问题,并就此给出了相应的对策。
The quantity of the postgraduates in universities increases significantly insomuch that various contradictions and shortcomings of the original training system become more and more obvious. It brings great challenges for postgraduates＇ training job. Therefore, it is a major task for the teaching staff to probe the ways to promote postgraduates＇ training quality and cultivate high-level professionals who meet the needs of social and economic development in our country. At present, there are some problems in the construction of curriculum, teaching and teaching staff of postgraduates＇ training. The present author tries to provide some strategies to avoid these problems.
