摘要
高职院校人才培养的关键在于是否拥有一支高质量的师资队伍，它直接影响着高职教育的质量，能否建设一支具有高职特色的师资队伍也自然成为高职院校办学的第一要务。但从目前的现状来看，高职师资队伍建设在师资结构、师资数量、培养进修等方面存在着很多问题。需要确定合理的师资建设目标，优化师资队伍结构，建设双师型师资队伍，建立师资培训基地等，以提高高职师资队伍建设的质量。
The key to higher vocational colleges talent training lies in whether has a superior quality teachers troops, it will directly affect quality of the higher vocational education. It naturally becomes the first important matter for the higher colleges whether it will construct one teachers troop which has the higher vocational characteristic. This article analysis the problems which existed in constructing the higher vocational teachers troop presently, and gives the countermeasures.
