摘要
采用热模拟技术、力学性能测试技术和金相分析技术研究了回火温度对X70感应加热弯管组织性能的影响规律,并对热变形后以不同冷却速度冷却的回火和未回火的X70管线钢的组织性能进行了比较,从而确定了感应加热弯管回火热处理的重要性及回火温度的最佳参数范围。
The effects of tempering temperature on structure and property of X70 pipeline steel after induction bends were studied by the methods of thermal simulation, mechanical property testing and metallographic examination. And the structure and property of the steel processed with thermal deformation, different cooling rate and tempering was compared with that without tempering treatment. The importance and the best parameter range of tempering tem- perature for X70 pipeline steel after induction bends were defined.
