摘要
以正交试验为基础,利用热模拟试验,研究了X70钢级感应加热弯管在不同工艺过程中力学性能和组织结构的变化规律,评价了弯管的组织、性能特征,揭示了工艺-组织-性能间的关系,为X70钢级弯管的生产提供了优化的工艺参数。
Based on the orthogonal test, the change rules of mechanical property and structure of X70 induction heating bend were studied during different production process with thermal simulation technology. The metallographic and property characteristics of bend were evaluated and the relationship between the process-metallogrophy -property was revealed, which can provide the optimized process parameters to X70 bend's production.
