摘要
采用Gleeble-3500型热模拟试验机,研究了加热温度和冷却速度对两种弯管用钢组织和性能的影响,结果表明:加热温度和冷却速度对钢的强度有较大影响,随加热温度的升高和冷却速度的增加,钢的强度增加,而加热温度和冷却速度对冲击韧性影响不大。当温度高于960℃,冷却速度大于15℃/s时,两种钢的性能均能达到X80级钢的性能要求,该结果对X80级钢热煨弯管的研制具有一定的参考价值。
Effects of heat temperature and cooling rate on microstructure and mechanical properties of two type X80 steels used for bend pipe have been studied by means of Gleeble-3500 heat simulator.The results show that the heat temperature and cooling rate have a great effect on tension strength.As the temperature and cooling rate increase,the strength of two steels increases.However,the heat temperature and cooling rate have little effect on low temperature impact toughness.When the temperature is higher than 960 ℃,and the cooling rate is higher than 15 ℃/s,the mechanical properties of two type steel can reach the property requirements of X80 steel.These results will provide a reference with development of X80 heat-bending bends.
