摘要
介绍了华北石油钢管厂X80钢螺旋埋弧焊管、直缝埋弧焊管及感应加热弯管的研制情况。一系列研制检测数据表明:现有的成型、焊接工艺和材料能够满足X80钢埋弧焊管的制造要求;X80钢螺旋缝和直缝埋弧焊管的批量试制结果全部符合“X80级管线钢管应用工程”钢管技术条件的要求;从原材料生产到钢管制造可以达到稳定的批量生产要求。同时指出,X80级管线钢和钢管在强度测试、拉伸试验试样制备、DWTT试验的异常断口判定以及碳当量的计算公式等方面,相应的公认技术标准还不够完备,应在应用过程中完善标准。
It presents the manufacture instance of grade X80 spiral submerged arc welded pipes longitudinal submerged arc welded pipes and induction heated bending pipes at Huabei Petroleum Steel Pipe Mill.Through a series of manufacturing and test data shows that the existed forming,welding process and materials can meet the requirement of manufacturing grade X80 submerged arc welded pipe;The results of batch manufacture grade X80 spiral and longitudinal submerged arc welded pipe all meet the pipe technical conations required by“Grade X80 Pipeline Steel Pipe Application Project”;It can obtain the requirements of stable batch production from materials production to pipe manufacture.Meantime it points out that the related recognized technical standard is not maturity in strength test,sample prepare of tensile test and the abnormity fracture determining of DWTT as well as calculation formula of Carbon equivalent,etc..of grade X80 pipeline steel and steel pipe and the standard need perfect during application process.
