摘要 为了研究姜、蒜对活性氧(O2)的抑制作用,测定了不同浓度及不同温度下姜汁和蒜计对黄嘌呤氧化酶系统所产生O2的抑制率;测定了姜汁、蒜汁对小鼠离体血清和肝匀浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力和丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。表明:姜汁和蒜汁可以使离体血清和肝匀浆SOD活力显著增加,血清MDA含量明显降低。姜汁、蒜汁虽能使肝匀浆MDA含量降低,但无统计学意义。说明姜和蒜对O2有抑制作用,可以做为一种自由基清除剂。 To study the inhibitory effect of zingiber and allium on active oxygen(O2),the inhibito-ry rate of zingiber juice and allium juice of different concentration at different temperatures to O2 produced by xanthine oxidase system was determined and their effects on SOD activity and MDA content in mice's serum (in vitro) and hepar homogenate were studied. The re-sults show that zingiber juice and allium juice can remarkably increase SOD activity in both the serum(in vitro)and hepar homogenate and decrease MDA content in the serum, and that they can also decrease MDA content in hepar homogenate,not significantly. It is indicated that zingiber and allium have a inhibitory effect on O2 and can be used as free radical scav-enger.
