摘要
目的探讨温脾汤对缺血小鼠脑组织中丙二醛(MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的含量的影响,探讨温脾汤对脑缺血后的保护作用。方法 40只小鼠随机分为4组(每个组包含10只):模型组,低剂量组,中剂量组,高剂量组。每组小鼠经灌胃8 d后被结扎双侧颈总动脉后取出脑组织,测定蛋白含量,SOD和MDA。结果与模型组相比,温脾汤显着增加小鼠脑组织SOD含量和使MDA含量下降。结论温脾汤可以增加缺血小鼠脑组织中SOD含量,降低MDA含量,可用于保护缺血脑组织。
Objective To study the effect of Wenpi decoction on the content of MDA and SOD of is- chemia cerebral tissue in mice, to explore the protective action of Wenpi decoction on the brain following isch- emieal. Methods The fourty mice were divided into four groups (every group contains ten mice ): model group, low dose group, middle dose group, high dose group. Every mouse' s stomach was affused with Wenpi de- coction for 8 days. The patternmaking rats were ligated for bilateral common carotid arteries. After the brain tis- sue removed, determine the content of SOD and MDA. Results Compared with the model group, Wenpi de- coction significantly increase in the mice brain tissue SOD content and decrease MDA content. Conclusion Wenpi decoction can increase content of SOD of isehemia cerebral tissue in mice and decrease MDA.
