摘要
根据孕妇孕早期的营养需求及孕早期生理特点设计出一种减轻妊娠反应的孕妇奶粉。选择生姜作为减轻早孕反应的成分,并对该孕妇奶粉的生产工艺及其主要工艺参数进行了摸索。通过成品保藏试验及功能性试验结果,表明该配方奶粉完全满足设计要求,其最终产品的营养、感官、冲调性等指标均达到国际同类产品水平。
The gestation reaction is a Physiological reaction that will be appeared among many pregnant women in the first trimester of pregnancy. The symptom caused by the gestation reaction including vonfit and monophagia, may result in insufficient nutrient supply for the pregnant woman and her embryo, which is a disadvantageous factor for the growth of embryos. Based on the nutrition demand and physiology characteristic of the pregnant women, we developed the milk powder to suppress the early gestation reaction. We choose the ginger as the major ingredient to reducing the gestation reaction. The production technology and the main parameter of this milk powder have been studied. The test of preservation and functionality for the product show that this milk powder absolutely satisfied the request of design, and the nu- trition, visual effect, and the dissolubility of final product can reach the international level.
