摘要
TAFE是澳大利亚技术和继续教育(technical and further education)的简称。TAFE课程模式是以就业为导向的TAFE人才培养模式的重要组成部分,体现了以能力为本位的教育质量现。TAFE课程设置围绕社会对人才的实际需求,以培养实用技能为主,TAFE课程模式的鲜明特色主要体现在灵活的模块化课程设计、实用性的课程内容和标准化的课程形式。TAFE课程模式对我国高职教育培养适应市场需求的高技能人才具有一定的借鉴启示作用。
Australian TAFE （technical and further education） course mode is an important part of TAFE talent cultivation mode and embodies competency based education philosophy. Designed on the basis of the need of society, TAFE course aims to cultivate students＇ practical skills, with its outstanding characteristics of flexible structure composed of modules, practical course content and standard design. The introduction of TAFE course mode inspires Chinese higher vocational education on its technicians cultivation according to the need of talent market.
