摘要
为顺应时代发展对人才的需求,实现人才与市场的同步对接,引进"任务驱动教学法"对传统教学方式进行改革,对教材建设问题、完善硬件设施、加强实训环节、改进师资队伍建设提出了一些建议,期待为高校的教学和社会经济发展对人才的需求问题提供解决思路。
In Tourism Management Specialty in Front Offi ce and Room Management as a professional backbone course, there are many out of touch with the current development of the market economy phenomenon in teaching mode. To adapt to the development needs of talent, realize synchronous docking talent and the market, this paper introduced the ＂task driven teaching method＂ to reform the traditional teaching mode, expecting to provide the solution for the demand for talents of college teaching and the development of social economy.
