摘要
教学系统在不当的运作方式影响之下容易出现严重的问题,即教学疾病。教学疾病具有直接传染性、整体破坏性、影响长期性三个基本特征。常见的教学疾病表现为教学专制、教学偏见、教学失衡等。各种教学疾病在分别对教学产生着功能性破坏力的同时,又作为一个教学疾病群对教学系统产生着综合性的破坏力。
It is easy to produce serious problems when the education system is influenced under the way of wrong operation, and we call it teaching disease, which has three features such as direct contagion, integral damage and long influence. The typical teaching diseases are: teaching autocracy, teaching prejudice and teaching imbalance. Each teaching disease produces synthetic damage to the whole teaching system as a disease group member, while impairing teaching function respectively.
