摘要
本文观察了玉竹提取物（ＰＡＯＡ）腹腔注射，用量在１０ｍｇ／ｋｇ、２０ｍｇ／ｋｇ、３０ｍｇ／ｋｇ，对小鼠淋巴细胞转化的影响。结果表明ＰＡＯＡ对其淋巴细胞转化均有抑制作用（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示此药可能抑制Ｔ细胞介导的免疫功能。
The effects of PAOA on immune function in normal mice were observed.Intraperioneal injection of the extract of PAOA suppressed T lymphocyte transformation.The results suggest that PAOA is expected to be a new immunosuppressive agent.
