摘要
通过ＰＡ－ＭＳＨＡ菌苗联合Ｓ－１８０瘤苗对荷瘤小鼠体外试验发现，ＰＡ－ＭＳＨＡ菌苗联合Ｓ－１８０瘤苗比单独用Ｓ－１８０瘤苗或ＰＡ－ＭＳＨＡ菌苗对荷瘤小鼠有更强的刺激淋巴细胞增殖和提高ＩＬ２产生的作用，提示联合瘤苗能显著提高荷瘤宿主的免疫功能。
Vitro experiments on the effect of injection of PA-MSHA vaccine combined with S -180 tumor vaccine in tumor-bearing mice showed that in such mice the combined use of these vaccines had a stronger effect on stimulating the proliferation of lymphocytes and on increasing the production of IL2 than the use of either of them. This result suggested that the use of combined vaccines could markedly enhance the immunologic function of tumor-bearing organism.
