摘要
通过中西医理论的有机结合 ,使恶性肿瘤的宏观变化 (中医的证 )与微观变化 (生理生化机能和病理变化 )达到一致性。临床选择药物时应充分考虑中药的现代研究成果和中药的功效与主治。所用的中药既能对应恶性肿瘤的宏观变化 ,又能对应其微观变化 ;既符合现代医学理论和现代中药药理学 ,又符合传统中医理论 (双符合理论 )。按照双符合理论辨证施治、遣药组方 ,可用较少的药物和较短的时间获得明显的疗效 ,并能最大限度地减少不良反应 ,提高中医治疗恶性肿瘤的针对性 。
By means of organic combination of traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine, macroscopic changes (symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine) of malignant tumors with microscopic changes (changes of physiological and biochemical functions and pathological changes) are made to be consistent. While Chinese drugs are selected clinically, their modern findings and efficiency with main uses should be considered fully. The selection of Chinese drugs used should can both deal with macroscopic changes of malignant tumors and can do microscopic changes of them and can both accord with theories of modern medicine and Chinese drugs pharmacology, and conform to theories of traditional Chinese medicine (Double Accord Theory). According with the Double Accord Theory, diagnosis and treatment, selecting drugs and forming prescriptions are carried on, so that distinct therapeutic effectiveness may be acquired in less cases and shorter time, and adverse reactions may be reduced to the greatest extent, and aim at treating malignant tumors by traditional Chinese medicine is enhanced, and the blindness is reduced.
