摘要
研究了中药徐长卿、牡丹皮中的主要成分丹皮酚的小鼠体外透皮吸收情况 ,结果表明丹皮酚的平均透皮吸收率在 6小时后可达 50 %以上 ;同时初步对比研究了丹皮酚及其磷脂复合物的体外经皮渗透速率 ,表明丹皮酚的磷脂复合物具有一定的缓释作用。
External absorption of paeonol, main composition of both Radix Cynanchi Paniculati and Moutan Bark was studied. The result showed that the average absorption rate through skin Could reach 50% after 6 hours. In the meanwhile, primary comparison research of external absorption speed rate through skin of paeonol and its phospholipid compound were done. It showed that paeonol and its phospholipid had concern slow-action function.
