摘要
目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定复方利血平片中利血平含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为phenomenexC18,流动相为乙腈-水(60∶40),检测波长为268nm,流速为1.0mL·min-1,进样量为20μL。结果:利血平检测浓度的线性范围为1.93~38.60μg·mL-1(r=1.0000);平均回收率为98.9%(RSD=1.06%)。结论:本方法操作简便、快速、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish HPLC method for the determination of the content of reserpine in compound reserpine tablets. METHODS: The determination was performed on phenomenex C18 column. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile water (60 : 40) at a flow rate of 1.0mL · min^-1. The UV detection wavelength was set at 268nm and the sample size was 20μL. RESULTS: The linear range of reserpine was 1.93-38.60μg ·mL ^-1(r = 1.000 0), with average recovery at 98.9% (RSD = 1.06%) .CONCLUSION: The established method is simple, rapid and accurate, and suitable for the quality control of compound reserpine tablets.
