摘要
目的建立鱼鳔丸中当归、五味子、肉苁蓉的薄层鉴别方法及山茱萸中马钱苷的高效液相含量测定方法。方法采用Agilent TC-C18色谱柱；流动相为乙腈-水（12：88）；流速为1．0mL·min^-1；检测波长240nm；柱温25℃。结果马钱苷在0．1632-1．632μg范围内呈良好的线性关系，r=0．9999，平均回收率98．1％，RSD为0．58％（n=6）。结论该方法操作简便，重复性好，结果准确可靠，适用于该药的质量控制。
Objective To identify Angelica. , Fructus Schisandrae and Herba Cistanches by TLC meth od and to determine Loganin in Yubiao Pills by HPLC method. Methods Using a Agilent C18 column, a mixture of acetonitrile-water （12 ： 88） was mobile phase, the detetive wavelenth was set at 240nm and the column temperature was 25℃. Results The linear range of Loganin was from 0. 1632mg to 1. 632mg （r= 0. 9999）. The average recoverage was 98. 1% with RSD as 0.58%（n= 6）. Conclusions The method is simple, accurate and reliable, and it can be used in the quality control of crude drug.
