摘要
知识管理已成为图书馆管理的热门话题,但人们在讨论这个问题时却往往忽略了隐性知识的管理。文章从论述隐性知识的概念及其特质入手,着重阐明在高校图书馆管理中隐性知识管理的内容和任务。
Knowledge management has been the subject of great topical interest in library management. While talking about this subject, people are apt to frequently overlook tacit knowledge management. Starting from the concept and features of tacit knowledge, this paper emphatically expounds the contents and the tasks of the tacit knowledge in college libraries.
