摘要
高等教育是知识密集型产业,高校是知识员工密集的所在地。探讨高校如何发挥知识的平台效应,将知识转化为直接生产力,实现人力资本价值是一个重大的研究课题。高校应该确立人力资本经营理念、建立和完善人力资本价值引入机制、竞争机制、释放机制和监督机制。
Higher education is a concentrated industry of knowledge; an institution of higher education is crowded with knowledge workers. It is necessary to explore channels to transfer knowledge to direct productivity and to realize value of human capital. Institutions of higher education should establish management philosophy and perfect the mechanism of introduction, competence, release and supervision of human capital.
