摘要
为了进一步研究复方益精口服液的抗疲劳作用,选用体重为18-22g的SPF级ICR小鼠为实验动物,给予0.05g生药/10g体重剂量的复方益精口服液10d后,采用小鼠负重游泳实验以及测定血清尿素氮、血乳酸和肝糖原含量为指标,以判定其抗疲劳作用。结果显示:服药组小鼠负重游泳的平均时间(196.02±36.542min)明显比对照组(59.10±25.549min)长(P<0.01);运动后血清尿素氮、血乳酸水平则显著低于对照组(P<0.01);肝糖原含量明显高于对照组(P<0.01),表明复方益精口服液具有缓解疲劳的功能。
To further study the anti-fatigue effect of yi-jing oral solution, an experiment was conducted on SPF and ICR mice weighing 18 - 22 g. The Yi-jing oral solution had been administered to the mice with a daily dose of 0.05g crude product/10g body weight during 10 days. Load swimming test was then carried out, and the serum urea concentration, blood acid lactic level as well as liver glycogen content were measured to determine the anti-fatigue effect of the treatment. The results show that load swimming average time was significantly longer in the treated group (196.02± 36.542) than in the control group(59.10± 25.594 min,P〈0.01). The serum urea concentration and the blood lactic acid level were significantly lower in the treated group (P〈0.01) while the liver glycogen content was significantly higher in the treated group (P〈0.01). These results indicate that Yi-jing oral solution has a fatigue relief effect.
