摘要
目的探讨冬病夏治穴位敷贴疗法药物、穴位的基本处方及其配伍规律。方法通过对冬病夏治穴位敷贴相关文献数据的收集、整理,建立数据库,采用复杂网络的分析方法,对穴位贴敷的基本药物和穴位进行分析。结果发现冬病夏治穴位贴敷以白芥子、细辛、甘遂和延胡索等作为基本药物,穴位则以肺俞、大椎、膻中等作为基本处方穴位。结论采用复杂网络发现的冬病夏治穴位敷贴疗法药物和穴位的基本处方知识可为制定操作规范和验证性研究提供数据支持。
Objective To study the basic prescriptions and compatibility of herbal medicines and acupoints in the therapy of acupoint application for winter-disease-treated-in-summer. Methods A database was set up through collecting and sorting out the related literatures, and the analysis on the basic herbal medicines and acupoints used in the therapy was carried out with a complicated network analysis method. Results It was discovered that Baijiezi （Semen Sinapis Albae）, Xixin （Herba Asari）, Gansui （Radix Euphorbiae Kansui ） and Yanhusuo （Rhizoma Corydalis） were used as the basic description of herbs, and Feishu （BL 13）, Dazhui （GV 14） and Shanzhong （CV 17） used as the basic description of acupoints. Conclusion The knowledge obtained from the complicated network analysis on the basic prescriptions and compatibility of herbal medicines and aeupoints in the therapy can provide the data support for making manipulation criteria and verification research.
