摘要
提出了一种新的用于带材纠偏的方法——电磁纠偏,该纠偏方式利用可控的电磁力使转子实现悬浮。与现有的纠偏方式相比,该纠偏方式具有结构简单、免机械维护、工作精度高和无污染等特点。通过建立其中磁极的有限元简化模型,并通过实验的方法,分析了电磁纠偏辊中存在偏角和大气隙的磁场分布,并对所得数据进行了比较,利用所得的数据与实验结果对电磁纠偏辊进行了一定的设计。
In this paper,a new kind of rectifying roller used in strip rectifying is brought forward.This kind of rectifying roller uses controlled electromagnetic force to make the roller suspending.In this paper,with building the simple model,analysis and simulation of the simple model of magnetic rectifying roller with ANSYS,we analyze the obliquity in magnetic field and the big air clearance in magnetic field,and compare the data gotten from the analysis.With the results of analysis,we do some design work for the electromagnetic rectifying roller.
