摘要
针对带式输送机运行过程中输送带跑偏问题,研制了一套新型的防跑偏监控系统,实现了输送带跑偏监控和防跑偏保护等功能。系统将光电检测、单片机、虚拟仪器技术相结合,有效改善了系统的动态特性和控制精度,大大提高了输送带连续运转的稳定性。
A new anti conveyor belt deviation monitoring system is developed, which has functions of belt deviation monitoring and belt deviation preventing. The new system incorporates photo - electric measuring, single chip microcontroller and virtual instrument technologies and ir^proves greatly system dynamic characteristics, control accuracy and running stabihty.
