摘要
转向单辊纠偏装置中的纠偏辊平行于入口带钢摆动 ,使纠偏辊轴线摆动平面与入口带钢带夹角为 0°,纠偏效果很好 ;在不允许设计成此种摆动型式时 ,让纠偏辊轴线摆动平面与入口带钢夹角小于 45°,避免出现反向螺旋作用 ,才能收到较好纠偏效果。此结论与实用结果一致 。
The rectifying roller of single roller rectifying device for changing direction proves best effect since the roller swings parallely, to the strip steel at the entrance, which makes the angle between swinging plane of rectifying roller′s axis and strip steel at the entrance to be zero.When this type of swing is not allowed, the angle between swinging plane of rectifying rollers′ axis and strip steel should be less than 45° and avoid reverse spiral action for obtaining good rectifying effect.Above conclusion coincides with actual result and it is valuable for the remaking or developing single roller rectifying device for the change of dircction.
