摘要
通过有限元方法,对昆明电厂烟气脱硫吸收塔进行结构计算分析。得到了塔体的振型、周期等自振特性;通过这些动力特征,了解了该类型吸收塔结构的刚度分布情况,分析了加喷淋管与不加喷淋管对塔体结构的自振特性的影响;最后根据数值分析结果对吸收塔结构的设计提出了一些建议,为工程设计提供有实用价值的参考。
Using the finite element method, structural analysis of the smoke desulfurization absorption tower in Kunming Electric Power Plant is carried out. The natural frequency(period) and vibration mode of the absorption tower structure are computed. Based on the dynamic properties, the stiffness characters of this complicated structure are studied. Then the differences in the vibration mode between the structure with spray pipes and that without spray pipes are discussed. Some suggestions on the structural design of the tower are presented based on the numerical results obtained, which are valuable for practical engineering design.
