摘要
[目的]探讨细胞黏附分子CD44V6在食管癌组织及食管正常黏膜中的表达及其意义。[方法]应用流式细胞免疫荧光技术,分别检测CD44V6在50例食管癌及食管正常黏膜中的表达。[结果]CD44V6在食管癌组织中的阳性表达率72%,高于食管正常黏膜的阳性表达率20%,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。CD44V6蛋白的表达与患者年龄、性别、病变部位、病变长度,大体病理类型及细胞分化程度无明显关系,但与癌浸润深度及淋巴结转移具有相关性。[结论]CD44V6是判断食管癌侵袭转移的指标,对食管癌淋巴结转移及预后判断上具有较高的临床应用价值。
To explore the expression and clinical significance of the cell adhesion molecular CD 44 variant isofroms6(CD 44 V 6 )in esophageal carcinoma.Expression of CD 44 V 6 protein in50cases with esophageal carcinoma and50cases with normal esophageal mucosa were examined by flocytometry technique.The expression of CD 44 V 6 protein in esophageal carcinoma tissue and normal esophageal mucosa were72%and20%,respectively.There was significant difference between these two group(P<0.05).The expression of CD 44 V 6 protein in tumor tissue showed no relationship with the clinicopathological factors including age,sex,site,size,pathological grade,stage of differentiation.The positive rate of CD 44 V 6 in the case with lymph node metastasis was higher than that without.There was significant difference of the positive rate of CD 44 V 6 in dif-ferent depths of invasion.[Conclusion]CD 44 V 6 may be a marker for the diagnosis of metastasis and invasion for esophageal carcinoma.The application of CD 44 V 6 to clinic is worth further exploring.
