摘要
目的 :探讨桩蛋白 (Paxillin)、E -钙粘蛋白 (E cadherin)在人肺癌组织中表达及与肺癌病理特征、临床分期、淋巴结转移和预后的关系。方法 :应用免疫组织化学SP方法检测 12 0例肺癌、80例癌旁无癌浸润肺组织、5 3例正常肺组织的Paxillin和E cadherin的表达。结果 :肺癌、癌旁无癌浸润肺组织和正常肺组织Paxillin的阳性表达率分别为3 9 1% ( 4 7/12 0 )、81 3 % ( 65 /80 )、83 3 %( 4 4/5 3 ) ,三者差异有统计学意义 ,P <0 0 1;E cadherin阳性表达率分别为42 5 % ( 5 1/12 0 )、87 5 % ( 70 /80 )、96 2 %( 5 1/5 3 ) ,三者差异也有统计学意义 ,P <0 0 1。肺癌组织中Paxillin和E cadherin的阳性表达与肺癌的临床病理分期、肺癌分化程度、淋巴结转移有关 ,P <0 0 5。Paxillin阳性表达率与肺癌术后 3年生存率之间差异无统计学意义 ,P >0 0 5 ;E cadherin阳性表达率与肺癌术后 3年生存率有关系 ,P <0 0 5。结论 :肺癌组织中Paxillin、E cadherin表达可能与肺癌细胞的侵袭转移有密切联系 ,可作为评价肺癌浸润转移的生物学标志。
OBJECTIVE:To study the expression and prognostic value of Paxillin and E-cadherin in lung cancer and to investigate the relationship between the expressions of Paxillin and E-cadherin and patient's pathological grades, pTNM stages and lymph metastasis.METHODS: SP immunohistochemical staining was applied to detect the expressions of Paxillin and E-cadherin in 120 cases of human primary lung cancer's tumor tissues, 80 cases of adjacent lung tissues without carcinoma and 53 cases of normal lung tissues.RESULTS: The positive staining rate of Paxillin in primary lesion, adjacent lung tissues without carcinoma and normal lung tissues was 39.1%(47/120),81.3%(65/80) and 83.3%(44/53) respectively. The difference was significant,P<0.01. Positive expression rate of E-cadherin protein in the three places was 42.5%(51/120),87.5%(70/80)and 96.2%(51/53)respectively. The difference was significant too,P<0.01. The positive expression rates of Paxillin and E-cadherin protein in lung cancer tissues were associated with the lung cancer patient's histological grades, clinicopathological stages and lymph node invading,P<0.05. There was relevant relation between positive expression of E-cadherin in lung cancer tissues and postoperative prognosis of 3-year survival,P<0.05.However, there was no difference between the positive expression of Paxillin in lung cancer tissues and postoperative prognosis of 3-year survival,P>0.05.CONCLUSION: The positive expressions of Paxillin and E-cadherin protein might associated with lung cancer metastasis and can be used as valuable biomarkers to evaluate lung cancer metastasis.[
