脾窦岸细胞血管瘤6例报道 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨脾窦岸细胞血管瘤的临床诊断与治疗方法。方法对6例经病理和临床证实的脾窦岸细胞血管瘤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果全组6例患者中4例就诊前无明显临床症状,2例有左季肋区不适,3例伴有明显血小板降低,2例合并肝血管瘤,2例合并肝囊肿。彩色多普勒示脾大,脾内可见多个不规则稍强回声区,CT示脾内多个低密度区。6例患者均接受脾切除手术,术后4例(其中包括2例术前伴血小板降低者)患者血小板显著增高,经给予抗凝治疗,痊愈出院。结论临床上对无症状脾大的患者,影像学上发现脾增大,脾内发现不均质低密度灶,应怀疑脾窦岸细胞血管瘤。脾切除术是有效的治疗方法。
