摘要脾脏窦岸细胞血管瘤（littoral cell angioma,LCA）是少见的脾血管源性肿瘤。Falk等[1]于1991年首次报道,该病兼具组织细胞和内皮细胞的特性,但不同于已知脾脏血管源性肿瘤,
