脾窦岸细胞血管瘤诊治进展 被引量：2

摘要 脾窦岸细胞血管瘤（LCA）由Falk在1991年报道并命名，是一种起源于脾脏红髓窦岸细胞（1ittoralcell）的血管性肿瘤，该病十分罕见，作者统计目前国内外报道不足150例，对于该病的综述少有报道。因此临床医生缺乏对该病的足够认识，容易造成误诊从而导致对患者过度损份性治疗，作者曾误诊为脾淋巴瘤1例，现就脾窦岸细胞血管瘤临床资料、影像学及病理特征、鉴别诊断等进行综述，加强对该疾病认识。
