脾窦岸细胞血管瘤1例报告 被引量：1

摘要 患者,女性,64岁。因＂反复头昏、心累乏力3年余,发现腹部肿物6月＂于2010年9月3日收入四川省人民医院血液科。患者半年前睡觉时发现腹部包块,就诊当地医院行B超检查发现脾脏增大,血常规发现血小板减低,给予输液治疗后（未提供检查单及其治疗单）无好转,随后就诊我院。入院体格检查：体温37.3℃,呼吸20次/分,脉搏70次/分,重度贫血貌,皮肤巩膜轻度黄染,球结膜少许出血点,
