摘要
目的客观评价Headgear-activator与Twin-block两种功能矫治器治疗安氏Ⅱ类1分类下颌后缩患者前后软组织的改变。方法选择Hagg手腕骨片为FG-G期的安氏Ⅱ类1分类下颌后缩患者60例,分为三组,一组接受Headgear-activator矫治器治疗,一组接受Twin-block矫治器治疗,一组随访观察。对治疗(观察)前后的X线头影测量数据进行及统计学分析。结果大部分指标都发生了明显变化(P<0.05);其中上唇长、上唇倾角、软组织面高和软组织下面高两组治疗前后有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论Headgear-activator矫治器与Twin-block矫治器能有效的改善下颌后缩患者的颜面美观,Headgear-activator对上唇形态的改善优于Twin-block,Twin-block对下面高的改善更好。
Objective To compare the soft tissue changes in treatment of Class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion with Headgear- activator appliance and Twin - block appliance. Methods Sixty subjects of Class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion with hand- wrist radiographs in FG - G stage were included in this study. Among them, 20 subjects was randomly selected for treatment with Headgear- activator appliance （A group） and 20 subjects for Twin- block appliance （T group）, while the rest subjects without any treatment were served as control group （C group）. The cephalometric records of these subjects were examined before and after the treatments. The acquired data were processed with SPSS 11.0. Results There were significant improvement in upper lip length, the angle of A＇ Ls - FH, soft tissue face height, and soft tissue lower face height after the treatment in the two treatment groups （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The soft tissue profiles of patients with Class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion were effectively improved after treatment with Headgear- activator appliance or Twin- block appliance. Headgear- activator had its advantage in changing the shape of upper lip, whereas Twin- block did better in improving the height of soft tissue lower face.
