摘要
目的 总结改良Twinblock矫治器治疗骨性错患者治疗效果。方法 选取18例AngelⅡ类错,采用改良Twinblock矫治器,经作用期、维持期、保持期治疗,比较矫治前、后数据。结果 患者侧貌明显改善,头影测量显示SNB增加,ANB减小,两者都趋向正常。PP -FH、PP -MP有不同程度增大。结论 Twinblock矫治器可保持下颌于功能前移位,持续刺激下颌生长,矫治后面形和生长形都趋于正常。
Obejective To study Twinblock appliance when it is used to treat Angle Ⅱ malocclusion . Methods 18 patients with Angle Ⅱ malocclusion were treated with modified Twinblock appliance and the data before the treatment and after the treatment were compared. Results The proflies of the 18 patients had obviously been improved. SNB increased, ANB reduced, PP-FH and PP-MP increased to some extent. Conclusion Twinblock appliance can keep the mandibular prepositive, after the treatment the profile and growth form tend to be normal.
