摘要
当今企业,知识型员工日益成为企业提升和保持竞争力的宝贵资源。随着企业人员流动日益频繁,如何降低知识型员工流失给企业带来的损失是企业人力资源管理中的难题。从分析知识型员工流失原因以及给企业带来的风险入手,从风险的防范与控制两方面提出了知识型员工流失风险管理的对策。
Nowadays ,in the enterprises ,the knowledge workers become the precious resources that the enterprises promote and keep competition ability increasingly.Along with the personnel flow increasingly multifarious,how lower the loss that the knowledge workers run off brings enterprises the hard nut to crack in the enterprises human resources management. This text analyses the reason of the run off of the knowledge workers and the risk that bring to enterprises,then advance the countermeasure of the risk management of the knowledge workers run off from risk to guard against and risk to control.
