摘要
本文通过透视现代企业人员流动现象,剖析企业人员流动基本理论局限性,并从企业人员的视角出发,提出影响人员流动的内、外驱动力因素以及评估方法,研究构建企业人员流动驱动力模型。
This paper analyzes the limitation of the employee turnover and basic theory by the phenomenon of the employee turnover. At the same time, the paper from angle of view of the employee advances the interior and exterior drive-force affect factors and evaluation method of the employee turnover and founds the drive-force mode of the employee turnover.
