摘要
对于高压气井,通过井下节流能够达到降低地面管线压力、防止水合物生成、取消地面保温装置、减少注醇量、提高气井携液能力的目的。通过节点分析方法,考虑井下节流节点,对井下气嘴进行优化,同时对井下与地面气嘴节流的相关性进行分析。苏丹地区实践验证表明,井下气嘴对于控制地面压力温度有重要作用。
As to high pressure and high production gas wells the application of subsurface choke could decrease the pressure of surface line, prevent hydrate formation, cancel surface heating equipment and increase fluid carriage. Considering subsurface choke as critical point this research could optimize subsurface choke position and size, and also analyze the relation between subsurface choke and surface choke throttling through systematic nodal analysis. Practice on the well site proves that the subsurface choke is very important to prevent hydrate formation and surface freezing for high pressure gas wells.
