摘要
长庆气田主要采用高压集气集中注醇工艺流程,防止气井生产过程中形成的水合物堵塞,但部分气井及集气管线在生产运行过程中暴露出堵塞严重等问题,为此开展井下节流技术的研究和应用具有重要的实际意义。文章介绍了该工艺的基本原理、井下节流器室内模拟试验以及施工参数优化设计,同时结合井下节流工艺技术在长庆气田现场试验资料,分析了该项工艺技术应用对改变水合物形成条件及减少管线堵塞次数等方面取得的效果。
The technological process of high pressure gas gathering and centralized alcohol injection has been mainly adopted in Changqing Gas Field so as to prevent the plugging of hydrate from forming in the course of gas well production. A serious plugging, however, has been found in the process of partial gas well production/partial gas gathering pipeline operation, so that it is very important to carry out the investigation and application of downhole throttle technology. In the paper, the basic principle of such a technology, the lab simulation results of downhole choke and the optimizing design of operation parameters are introduced, and the effects of applying such a technology on changing the hydrate formation conditions and reducing the frequency of pipeline being plugged are analyzed in combination with the in-situ test data of downhole throttle technology in Changqing Gas Field.
