摘要
天然气节流容易生成水合物,给气井生产带来诸多问题。川渝地区气井使用井下节流器后可有效降低地面管线压力、防止水合物生成、取消地面保温装置、简化井场地面流程,实现减少投资、节能减排的目标。本文对川渝地区井下节流工艺的实际应用及节能效果进行了较为全面的分析。
Natural gas throttling can easily lead to the formation of hydrate which brings problems to gas well production. The pressure of ground pipeline can be reduced effectively, the hydrate formation can be prevented, the ground heat insulation device can be removed, the surface process has been simplified, the investment has been reduced and the goal of energy-saving & consumption-reducing has been achieved by using down hole chock. The practical application and energy-saving effects of the down hole chock in Chuanyu area have been analyzed in this paper.
