摘要
兴城气田在天然气开采中,水合物形成愈来愈严重,曾多次造成井筒的堵塞,对生产造成了极大的损害。本文针对兴城气田徐深1区块天然气的组分,对井筒水合物形成温度进行了预测,并根据气井产量及油管尺寸,分析了井筒水合物形成的可能性,结合兴城气田的开发现状,提出了井下气嘴节流法、隔热保温法、化学抑制法等防治措施。
In the course of natural gas exploitation in Xingcheng natural gas field, the formulation of hydrate is more and more serious and has caused the jam of well bore, which has influenced the normal production of the gas field. According to the question, we have forecasted the formulation temperature of shaft hydrate and in accordance with gas well production and tubing size we have analyzed the possibility of gas hydrate formation. According to the status quo in the gas field, we have put forward some prevention and cure measures, such as heat insulation, chemical inhibition etc. in Xushen 1 area.
