摘要
目的从研究生招生的角度来分析我国护理学硕士研究生教育的现状。方法收集国内2005年至2007年招收护理学硕士研究生院校的招生资料,分析招生院校、招生人数、研究方向以及考试科目。结果近3年我国的护理学硕士研究生招生院校数量和招生人数有了大幅度的增长;招生院校的性质也体现出明显特征;研究方向不够明确和规范;入学考试科目趋于统一。结论在招生规模扩大的同时,应注重教育质量;临床型研究生的培养是护理专业发展的需要;入学考试科目的统一应以能选拔出本专业有发展潜力的优秀学生为原则;导师的研究方向有待于进一步明确和细化。
Objective To anaylyze the status of graduate nursing education in China from the point of graduate enrollment. Method Collecting the enrollment information of all colleges which are qualified to enroll nursing graduat students from 2005 to 2007 and analyzing the distribution of colleges,the number of enrollment, tutors＇ research orientations and the subjects of enrollment examination, Results It has increased greatly in the number of enrolling colleges and enrollees, Some characters were concluded for these colleges. The tutors＇ research orientations were not specific. The subjects of enrolhnent examination were becoming unified around the country, Conclusion It is sugeested to emphasize the quality of graduate nursing education, develop graduate education of clinical nursing,identify and unify the subjects of enrollment examination which are fitful to the selection of candinates, and specify the tutors＇ research orientations.
