摘要
目的了解护理专业学生对考研的想法,找出影响护生考研动机的因素,为教育管理工作者正确引导学生端正考研态度提供较为科学的依据。方法运用问卷法对我校护理专业98级本科、2000级专科学生进行了考研动机调查,对回收问卷进行统计学处理。结果研究结果表明该专业学生考研动机因素强度依次为自我实现、求知进取、工作环境、生活方式、兴趣爱好、外界影响,与医学生调查结果有较大差异的是“工作环境”为第一位,自我实现、求知进取分别居第二、第三位,其它因素基本一致;学历水平对考研影响较为明显,尤其是在求知进取、自我实现、工作环境三方面专科生考研动机明显强于本科生。结论从总体上看,我校护理专业学生考研动机倾向是积极、健康向上的,主要表现为实现、发展自我对知识的渴望、追求,就业压力的作用在本调查中并不突出。
Objective To understand the nursing students` thoughts towards graduate degree, and to find out the factors that influence their motivation and to provide a scientific basis for educators to correct student’s attitude to wards pursuing graduate degree. Method Questionnaire survey were conducted for nursing students of grade 98, college degree in 2000, dates was processed by statistical method. Result The sequence of students` motivation is self-achievement , self-improvement, working conditions, living-style, interest and hobby, influenced by surroundings, the first students` motivation for medical students is working surroundings, self-achievement and improvement is the second and third, other factors are almost the same, the influence of record of formal schooling in obvious, college students` motivation is much stronger than undergraduate in self-improvement, self-achievement, working condition. Conclusion Nursing students` motivations in our school is active, upward, realistic, self-improvement, thirst for knowledge. Pursuing and the pressure of obtaining enjoyment. Development and improvement of nursing depends greatly on the cultivation of high education.
