摘要
本文通过过程对感应加热理论的分析,建立了温压模具的感应加热模型,用ANSYS软件对模具感应加热过程进行了温度场模拟,得出了模具内外壁温度随时间的变化规律。并通过试验验证了温压系统中感应加热的可行性。
The heating model for warm compaction mold was built based on induction heating theory. The temperature field of the mold during the induction heating process was simulated by the ANSYS software,giving temperature change of outer and inner walls of the mold with the time. The feasibility of using induction heating for warm compaction system was confirmed by the experiments.
