摘要 ANCORDENSE ̄(TM)温压工艺是美国HoeganaesCorp最新研究出的一种新材料一工艺技术。这种工艺适用于所有Ancorsteel粉末。ANCORDENSE ̄(TM)是利用ANCORBOND或STARMIX工艺将一种专利聚合物系统掺于An-corsteel粉末中制成的温压用粉末商标。用温压由ANCORDENSE粉末制造的粉末冶金材料,其烧结密度与材料强度以前只有用2次压制-2次烧结工艺才能达到。同时,材料的力学性能与磁性能都有显著改进。和传统工艺相比,生坯强度大大增高,从而使生坯切削加工成为可能,并使废料减少。ANCORDENSE ̄(TM)温压工艺通过1次压制-烧结就可生产形状复杂的高密度、高强度粉末冶金零件,从而减低生产管理费用,生产成本可降低25%。 ANCORDENSE ̄(TM) is a trademark of U. S. Hoeganaes Corp. ANCORDENSE Powders are premixes which incorporate a patented polymer system with Ancorsteel powders by ANCORBOND orSTARMIX technology. All Ancorsteel powders are applicable to ANCORDENSE. ANCORDENSEpowders together with warm compaction after single pressing and single sintering give high density andmaterial strength which is otherwise only possible through double pressing and double sintering. Improved mechanical and magnetic properties are also presented. Green strength of the compact is substantially increased,therefor the compact has an opportunities to machine in green saute and to reducescrap. ANCORDENSE ̄(TM)warm compaction significantly reduces production overheads by facilitating P/ M production of complex high density and high strength parts with single compaction processing. It maybe 25% lower Production costs.
